Research from the UK Highlights Benefits of Accommodations and Inclusive Culture 

New research from across the pond cites workplace accommodations – also called adjustments – and organizational values as the biggest facilitators to retention of people with disabilities in the workplace.

The research, carried out by the Business Disability Forum, compared employer and employee perspectives to gain an in-depth understanding of the greatest barriers and strongest supports for employee retention. Findings demonstrate the importance of providing training for management and human resources professionals in working with employees with disabilities.
